Here is Gracie's new bedroom. Her room was all the color of the purple wall, all 4 walls and the ceiling. It was like a cave when you walked in, and the Tinkerbell sticker's that were hung up didn't show up very well.
I painted 2 of the walls with a Spring Green to lighten the room up. In the day time they almost look yellow as you can see on the video. Then on the walls I stenciled flowers. Green on the purple walls and purple on the green walls. It took a while, but it turned out really cute. I added more Tinkerbell stickers and really did a lot of stenciling. I also painted the letters that spell out GRACIE. They were plain wood. Rich painted them pink and then I painted the edges purple, put on sparkle paint to make them shine and added some "jewels" to make them look awesome.
I am pretty sure that Rich is going to make me do all of the painting from now on! I did a really good job on Grace's room. Still have to do Richie's and ours and the kitchen. Should be a fun chore! I didn't know that I was that creative, but the room turned out really cute for a 4 year old.
